These are the real messages the system sends. Your business name and your own links go where the brackets are. No AI writes to your customers: the same words go to everyone, and you read every one before anything is switched on.

A customer has not called in six months
One check-in, never more than once a year.

Who gets a text: the missed-call text goes to the person who just called you. The form reply goes to people who ticked the box on your form asking for texts, and reminders go to customers who asked for them when they booked. The review request, the check-in and the invoice reminder go by text only to customers who have agreed to get texts from your business, and the system checks that before each one. For anyone else, the same words wait as an email draft for you to send. Anyone can reply STOP, and the texts to them stop.
Tested on our own lines. On October 26, 2026, each of the six messages was sent between Sedona Tech Solutions' own phone numbers. All 26 texts in that test, the alerts to the owner included, were delivered, each 2 to 11 seconds after it was sent. The form reply arrived 4 seconds after the form was sent.

Weeks 1 and 2: accounts and the phone carriersYou open each account in your own name, with your own card, and I sit with you while you do. Registration of your business number with the phone carriers starts, and I set up your office computer in person.

Weeks 2 to 6: your AI, then the testsI build your AI from a one-hour interview with you. Every message is tested on your own numbers, and nothing is switched on until you say go.

Weeks 6 to 12: running and trainedThe six messages run on their own. I train you in person until you can explain it back, and I adjust whatever needs it.
Why 90 days, not a weekend. A business has to register with the phone carriers before it can send texts, and that approval cannot be rushed. The rest of the time goes to testing every message on your own numbers, and to training you.

What you pay others directly
These accounts are in your name, so you are never locked in to me. Each company bills you at its own price.
- A computer that stays on at your office. A Mac mini is the usual choice. A Mac you already keep at the office may do; a laptop that leaves with you will not.
- Your AI subscription, and a small prepaid balance for the parts that run on their own.
- Your texting account: one-time carrier registration fees, small monthly fees for the number, and a few cents a text.
- Card fees on what your customers pay you online, through your own payment account.
- ChatGPT, only if you want it as a backup.

Who sets it up

I'm Thomas Karl. For years I was the person at church everyone called about their phones and computers, and I stayed until they understood what went wrong and how to keep it from happening again. Sedona Tech Solutions grew out of that.
Before I install AI Office for anyone, it will be running on my own business, and I will show you mine before I build yours. It does not replace anyone you have. It handles the follow-ups that slip while you are with a customer, so you and the people you have get more done.

Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. I set everything up, and I train you in person until you can explain it back. You will not need to set anything up yourself.
Will an AI be texting my customers?
No. The six messages are fixed words, the ones shown on this page, with your business name filled in. You read them before anything is switched on. The AI on your computer works for you: it answers your questions and drafts what you ask for.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Every account is opened in your name, with your card: the computer, the AI subscription, the texting account, the booking page and the payment account. I work through the access you give me, never with your passwords. If we ever stop working together, everything stays with you.

Where do you work?
The install is done in person, at your business. I am based in Sedona and work across the Verde Valley, Flagstaff and Prescott. If you are outside that area, ask on the call.
Which AI does it use?
AI Office is built with Claude, made by Anthropic. ChatGPT can be added as a backup, on your own plan. New tools are added as they come out.
Can I start smaller?
Yes. If missed calls are the only problem, a smaller text-only setup costs less, and I will say so on the call. If you want more, AI Office Complete adds phone answering, AI & SEO Complete, a Google Business Profile Tune-Up and a Google Ads launch.
