Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 August 2026

Plain English, because a privacy policy nobody can read protects nobody. This covers what Sedona Tech Solutions collects when you call, text, email, book, or use this website — and what is never done with it.

The short version

  • Information is collected to do the work you asked for, and for nothing else.
  • Your information is never sold.
  • Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with anyone for marketing, and are never sold or rented to third parties for any purpose.
  • You can ask what is held about you, and ask for it to be deleted.

What is collected

When you get in touch. Your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about the problem. If a visit is booked, the service address.

When you call a Sedona Tech Solutions phone line. Your phone number, the time and length of the call, and a recording and written transcript of the call. Calls are recorded, and you are told so at the start of every call before any recording begins. If you would rather not be recorded, say so and we will carry on by text or email instead.

Some lines are answered by an AI receptionist. It is a computer system, not a person, and what you say to it is handled exactly like anything else on this page.

When you use this website. Standard analytics — pages visited, rough location, device type — through Google Analytics. No advertising profile is built about you. You can switch analytics off permanently for your browser by loading any page with ?sts_optout=1 on the end of the address.

How it is used

  • To answer you, quote the work, schedule it, and do it.
  • To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups about work you asked about.
  • To keep records for invoicing, warranty, and tax.
  • To improve how calls are handled, by reviewing recordings and transcripts of our own calls.

Text messages

If you give a mobile number, it may be used to text you about your own job — confirmations, arrival windows, and follow-ups. No mobile number and no messaging consent is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Full detail is on the text message terms page.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers needed to run the business, and only the part each one needs to do its job:

  • Twilio — carries phone calls and text messages.
  • Anthropic — provides the AI that answers some phone lines.
  • Google — email, calendar, and website analytics.
  • Firebase — hosts this website.
  • MailerLite — sends the email list, if you joined it.
  • Cal.com — handles online booking.

Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it. That is the only other case.

How long it is kept

Job records and invoices are kept as long as tax and warranty obligations require. Call recordings and transcripts are kept while they are useful for the job and for quality, and are deleted on request. Ask, and it is done.

Your choices

You can ask what is held about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for it to be deleted — except records that must be kept for tax or legal reasons. There is no charge, and you will not be treated differently for asking. Email thomas@sedonatechsolutions.com.

Children

These services are for adults. Information is not knowingly collected from children under 13. If that has happened, say so and it will be deleted.
