Is there a contract?
No. Visits are billed by the hour. Never Offline and Guest Wi-Fi are month to month. Website Care and Store Care are month to month too.
How fast can you be here?
Call or text and I will tell you exactly when I can be there. The live booking calendar shows truly open times, synced with my own schedule, so if a slot shows open it is yours.
Can you get files off a computer that will not start?

Someone had remote access to our computer. What now?
Unplug it from the internet and call me. Emergency containment is a flat $149: I remove the remote-access tools, change the passwords that matter, and go through your bank and email accounts with you. If the machine needs a fresh start, Full Rebuild & Recovery is $449 flat with pickup, return and a 30-day follow-up.
