Hi, I'm Thomas — your tech person in Sedona.
I moved to Sedona in 2020 and have been helping people here with their technology ever since — one trusted person who shows up, listens, and explains things in plain English. In 2025 I made it official and founded Sedona Tech Solutions, built on a simple promise: tech help should feel personal, patient, and honest — never impersonal or overpriced.
Why I do this
I've watched too many good people get rushed, talked down to, or scared into buying things they didn't need — especially our seniors, and especially by the scammers who target them. And I've watched hard-working local businesses lose jobs simply because nobody could answer the phone at 2 PM on a Tuesday.
Both problems have the same fix: someone local you can actually trust, who's patient with people and serious about results.
For me this work is a calling — loving your neighbor sometimes looks a lot like fixing their printer, and doing honest work at an honest price is how I try to live my faith every day.
What you can count on
- Real availability, not phone tag — my live booking calendar is synced straight to my personal calendar. If a slot shows open, it's truly open, and it's yours.
- Visits that fit real life — in-home visits are $95 for the first hour, and most take one to two hours. No rushing, no watching the clock.
- Honest, transparent pricing — published right on this site.
- Plain English, your pace — no jargon, no rushing, no judgment.
- No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are month to month; Google Ads management has a three-month minimum, and one-time work is flat-rate.
- Your privacy respected — I never ask for passwords or banking details.
Where to start
Most people land in one of two places: patient in-home tech help for you or a parent, or help getting found by Google and AI for your business. Not sure? Just call — pointing you the right way is free.
