AI Office Care, $499 a month. Month to month, with 30 days' notice.
Then each ongoing piece only if you keep it:
- Phone answering: $299 a month, with 300 minutes included and 30 cents a minute after that
- AI Visibility Watch: $125 a month
- Google Ads management: $225 a month, with a three-month minimum, then month to month
Your ad budget goes to Google, on your own card, and is never marked up.
What you pay others directly
These accounts are in your name, so you are never locked in to me. Each company bills you at its own price.
- A computer that stays on at your office. A Mac mini is the usual choice.
- Your AI subscription, and a small prepaid balance for the parts that run on their own.
- Call and text charges on your own phone accounts, billed by your providers. For texting: one-time carrier registration fees, small monthly fees for the number, and a few cents a text.
- Card fees on what your customers pay you online, through your own payment account.
- Your Google Ads budget, paid to Google directly.
To go smaller, AI Office is the same office setup without the phone answering, search and ads work.

Do I have to keep the monthly pieces after day 90?
No. AI Office Care is $499 a month either way. Phone answering, AI Visibility Watch and Google Ads management are each your choice, at their own monthly price, and you keep only what earns its place.

Who pays for the ads?
You do, directly to Google, on your own card and in your own account. The ad budget is separate from the install price, and I never mark it up or take a cut of it.
Do you guarantee more calls or a ranking?
No, and be careful of anyone who does. I set the records right, build the campaign with you, and report what actually happened, in your own numbers.
Can I start with AI Office and add the rest later?
Yes. Get Found and Google Ads are each sold on their own, at the prices on the pricing page. Phone answering is quoted on a call.
Who owns the accounts?
You do. Every account is opened in your name, with your card, including your Google Ads account. I work through the access you give me, never with your passwords. If we ever stop working together, everything stays with you.
Where do you work?
The office install is done in person, at your business. I am based in Sedona and work across the Verde Valley, Flagstaff and Prescott. The search and ads work is done online. If you are outside that area, ask on the call.
