Text Message Terms

What to expect if you give Sedona Tech Solutions a mobile number, and how to make the messages stop.
What the messages are
Texts about your own job: confirming an appointment, an arrival window, a heads-up that we are on the way, an answer to something you asked, an invoice or a receipt, and follow-up on work already discussed. Customers of the Red Rock Tech Buddy line can also text in any time to ask whether something looks like a scam.
How you opt in
By giving your mobile number when you call, text, email, fill in a form on this website, or ask for help in person. Texting one of our numbers first is itself an opt-in to be texted back.
Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything.
How often
Message frequency varies with your job — usually a handful around an appointment, and nothing at all between jobs. These are service messages, not a marketing blast.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Sedona Tech Solutions does not charge for texts; your mobile carrier’s normal rates apply.
Stopping them
Reply STOP to any message and the messages stop. You will get one confirmation that it worked, and nothing after that. Reply START to turn them back on, or HELP for help and contact details.
Plain English works too. If you reply “please stop texting me”, that is honoured exactly the same way — you should not have to know a magic word.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed on every network, so anything genuinely urgent should be a phone call.
Your privacy
Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, and are never sold or rented. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider that carries the message. Full detail is on the privacy policy.
