Why a plan

When something breaks, the clock is already running.

The IT department you can't hire for, either — you get someone already on call, priced by the month, no full-time hire required.

You know the drill when there's no one on call: the printer dies before a client meeting, the Wi-Fi drops mid-checkout, email quietly stops sending — and you're googling fixes at 9pm, waiting days for a callback, or explaining your whole setup to a stranger who's never seen it. Every one of those is time you meant to spend on your actual business.

A monthly plan trades that scramble for one number to call — someone who already knows your computers, your printer, your point-of-sale, and how you like things done.

What you actually get

Fewer fires — and a faster way out of the ones you get.

Priority response

Plan clients go to the front of the line. You text the problem; I'm already on it while everyone else waits for a callback.

🧠
Someone who knows your setup

No re-explaining your whole system every time. I keep notes on your machines, logins, and quirks — so fixes are faster and nothing gets lost.

🛡️
Problems caught early

Backups checked, updates watched, security looked over — so the small stuff gets handled before it becomes a bad afternoon.

🧾
One predictable bill

A flat monthly number, no surprise invoices, and plain-English notes on what got done. Cancel anytime.

Plans

Four sizes. Cancel anytime.

★★★★★  “Whether IPhone issues, practical AI help, organizing photos, digitizing old technology, or any other question, his can-do spirit and responsiveness is refreshing. I have a monthly support subscription, and am now tech-worry free.” — Scott B. · Google review

What counts as support? Anything tech that slows you down: computers, printers, Wi-Fi, email, point-of-sale, backups, software questions, security checkups, new-device setup — remote or on-site.

Every plan: priority scheduling · unused-hour honesty (I tell you if a smaller plan fits) · plain-English reporting on what got done.

Common questions

The details, straight.

Do unused hours roll over?

Hours are a monthly allowance, not a bank — they reset each month so your full priority block is always ready. If you're regularly running out, that's a sign a bigger plan or a one-off project fits better, and I'll tell you honestly.

Do you help remotely or come on-site?

Both. A lot gets solved remotely the same day; when it needs hands on the machine, I come to you across Sedona and the Verde Valley.

Is there a contract?

No. Every plan is month-to-month, cancel anytime. I'd rather earn the next month than lock you in.

How fast do you respond?

Plan clients get priority — I aim to reply the same business day, and usually much sooner. Urgent "we're down" issues jump the line.

What if I need more than my plan's hours?

Extra time is simply billed at the $75/hour rate. If it keeps happening, I'll suggest moving up a plan so you're not overpaying by the hour.

What counts as "tech support"?

Anything tech that slows you down: computers, printers, Wi-Fi, email, point-of-sale, backups, software questions, security checkups, and new-device setup — remote or on-site. If you're not sure, just ask.

Let's get your tech off your plate.

Start with a quick call — I'll learn your setup, tell you honestly which plan fits (or whether you need one yet), and you'll know exactly what happens next.
