Whose accounts are these?

What counts as a "change anything" request?
A new offering, a price update, a seasonal photo swap, a small wording change — the everyday upkeep that keeps a site current. Bigger redesigns are scoped and quoted separately.
Will you write my bio or take my photos?
Not included — I fill in the template with what you give me. I'm glad to point you to people who do photography or copywriting well, but it isn't part of this package.
What if I want my phone answered too?
